Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we DO NOT offer any refund or returns for any products or services sold on our website for any reason.

Conditional Guarantee

We do not offer refunds. We offer a 60-day Conditional Guarantee.

To request consideration for the Conditional Guarantee, you must complete and implement the entire course, do the exercises and complete the worksheets, as well as participate in the two Strategy Calls with Carol and submit an explanation of what steps you took to get at lease one of your articles published, using any of the strategies taught in Writing for Publication.

As mentioned above, all returns and refunds are discretionary. If you just download the Writing for Publication training materials (PDFs, audios, videos, etc.), and then promptly ask for a return, we reserve the right to deny your request. Why? Because the point of the policy is to give people a chance to learn and implement what they learn in the course, and if it doesn't work, they can get their money back. It wasn't designed to enable people to access the training materials and not pay for them. Also, please note that all Writing for Publication materials are copyrighted, so any misuse of them in any way constitutes copyright infringement.
